“The Hawaii Foodbank is the only nonprofit 501(c)3 agency in the state of Hawaii that collects, warehouses and distributes mass quantities of both perishable and non-perishable food to 200 member agencies as well as food banks on the Big Island, Maui and Kauai.”

Dress for Success / YWCA of Oahu

(Joyce’s professional wardrobe was donated to the YWCA of Oahu’s Dress for Success program.)

Joyce was impeccably dressed from head to toe and dedicated her efforts to  help others better understand the importance of work place presentation concerning make-up, hairstyle, wardrobe, shoes and accessories.

She was a champion to women’s mentorship and empowerment. Because of this, Lyn and Suzanne chose to donate much of her business clothing and accessories to the YWCA of O’ahu’s Dress for Success program.

Their mission:
“At the YWCA, we believe that women can and should be in control of their economic lives. We help women develop the tools they need to be financially self-reliant.”
